General
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to respect both your time and mine, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee, as I am often unable to fill that time on short notice. No-shows or missed appointments will also be charged the full session fee.
Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy—it helps ensure fairness and availability for all clients.
Membership Auto-Renewal
When you sign up for the monthly massage membership, you agree to have your credit or debit card charged automatically each month on the same date you initially subscribed. Your membership will continue to renew every month until you choose to cancel.
Price & Billing Frequency
Your monthly rate is a discounted rate based on your desired session length (60, 90, 120 minutes) and is billed automatically every 30 days.
Easy Cancellation
After the first 12 months, you can cancel at any time before your next billing date to stop future charges.
To cancel:

Once you cancel, you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email, and you won’t be charged further. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Refunds
After one year, if you decide to cancel before the next billing cycle, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are not provided for partial months once your billing cycle has started, but you will continue to have access to your membership until the end of the paid period.
Your Consent
By checking the opt-in box at sign-up and submitting your payment information, you give your express consent for automatic renewal of this monthly membership under these terms.
